This is for all the bros out there that think cardio will shrivel them up to a frail little boy. Do you really think so little of your gains?? Cmonnnn 🙄

Sure strength may dip a bit if you’re not super calculated with this, but from a general sense - your size won’t go anywhere as long as your nutrition stays right.

This is a common misconception that people who suck at cardio love to cling to.

Here’s the truth: cardio is way more functional for overall health. That doesn’t mean strength isn’t important.

I don’t care how much you can bench. If you can’t rip off a few miles at LEAST a sub-8 min pace without your heart rate going to the moon, you’re not optimally fit. That’s just a fact.

You’d be chased down by a predator in 2 seconds and mauled to death.
